My Journey

Before becoming a language coach, I built my career in the fast-paced world of real estate in London, where clear, confident communication wasn’t optional, it was essential.When I moved to Italy in 2016, I brought that business mindset with me and began working with professionals who needed English not for exams, but for real performance: meetings, negotiations, and leadership roles.For many years, I taught English and achieved solid results. But I knew something was missing. Traditional, directive teaching helped people improve, yet it didn’t always help them thrive. There had to be a more effective, more inclusive way.That search led me to Neurolanguage Coaching.This approach transformed my work. By focusing on how the brain learns, how confidence is built, and how performance develops under pressure, I was able to support clients more deeply and more sustainably.It opened a new chapter in my professional life, and more importantly, in the lives of my coachees. Today, I see them speak with clarity, lead with confidence, and succeed in environments where language truly matters.
